You Pick, We Develop
Drupal and WordPress are the most popular, complete and widely supported CMSs today.
However, there are many other CMSs on the market that respond to different clients, with different needs. Some of them are open-source and some of them are commercial. And of course there is always the option for a custom-developed CMS.
We have experience in working with several CMSs and we develop custom CMSs, as well.

Below is a short list some of today's most commonly-used CMSs, after Drupal and WordPress. We have expertise in them all.

Custom created CMSs are best for unique and specific projects, where none of the existing platforms are a good fit. If you require radically different functionality and features for your site than those provided by any existing open source CMS, then a custom CMS is for you. But before you make a firm decision, be sure to weigh all the pros and cons.
Pros: Completely tailored to the needs of your project. Supports any workflow, any design and integration with any third-party service. Better performance when compared to the same implementation in an existing CMS.
Cons: Custom CMS development is the most expensive and takes the most time. Maintenance costs more than for any other system. Switching costs are high. Carries high risk if not maintained properly. A custom-built CMS is owned by developers. While they may not charge for it (as the use of their system could be included in the cost of your website's development), you are "locked in" to using it, as well as the platform it runs on. This makes you dependent on them for a number of things: upgrades, platform limitations, etc. When switching from one developer to another, you will likely have to start from scratch as most developers will not provide you with the source code of their system.
Cost: Depends on required functionality.

One of the most powerful enterprise CMSs on the market. Robust, yet scalable and expandable, Typo3, in combination with the Magento shopping cart, is definitely the most valuable online force for your business.
Pros: Enterprise level CMS for management of large websites with lots of content and users. Allows granular control over user permissions. Highly secure. Mostly suitable for news or corporate websites.
Cons: Expensive development and maintenance. If you are not Omega, Lindt, UNESCO or Bayer, with a flexible budget and plenty of resources, then Typo3 will definitely not be your choice of CMS. Used mostly within the EU, the community of users is relatively small. Not suitable for community websites. High server requirements, meaning you'll need a stronger and more expensive server.
Cost: Starting from 30,000€

The Magento eCommerce platform serves more than 125,000 merchants worldwide and is supported by a global ecosystem of solution partners and third-party developers. Magento is a feature-rich, open-source, enterprise-class platform that offers merchants a high degree of flexibility and control over the user experience, catalog, content and functionality of their online stores.
Pros: Premium ecommerce solution for specialized online stores. Easy management of thousands of products. Multiple and complex shipping rules and a wide range of standard and non-standard ecommerce features.
Cons: Magento is only an ecommerce platform and not a full CMS. Anything that goes beyond shopping features is difficult to develop and expensive to implement in Magento. High server requirements, meaning you'll need a stronger and more expensive server.
Cost: Starting from 40,000€
