General Notes and Rules

• You must be an individual or business based in the US, Canada, the EU, or Australia to qualify for our financing program.
• All payments must be made up front and are due on the first day of each billing period.
• Modifications, maintenance, and updates of your website outside the scope of your contract with us are your sole responsibility.
  These services are provided at an additional cost.
• The website development will start after the initial payment (first installment).
• During the development process, you must pay the ongoing installments.
• All Out of the Box websites come with a designed theme, free of charge.
  We offer only professionally-designed themes that meet the latest industry standards.
• Should you decide to use a different design, there will be an additional charge. Read our Design section to learn more.
  If you don't have a designer, we can recommend one from our partner list.
• General delivery time is between one and eight weeks.

Prices

• All prices on our website are for indicative purposes only.

Predefined Sets

• Prices on our website for Out of the Box solutions are provided as a pick-and-go.
  The Out of the Box solution means a predefined set of plugins with design and server installation.

Refunds

• Should you sign up to our service but then decide not to proceed at any stage before the website is live, we reserve the right to refuse a refund of your payment. This is to ensure that the cost of work done on your project is covered. Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations, you do not have an automatic right to cancel your website after you sign up for our service. This is because our service begins as soon as you have made your payment.
• We expect you to understand that we are delivering a finished, one-of-a-kind product up front, created and customized personally for you. You are paying for it long-term and in installments.
  This product can't be used by any other customer.

Payments

• We accept payments via wire transfer and VISA and MASTERCARD payment cards.
• For installments up to 2,000€, we accept payment cards.
• For installments over 2,000€, we request wire transfers to our bank account.
• In case you prefer to pay all your installments with a payment card, all additional transaction fees will be added to your invoice.
• When paying with an installment plan, you must secure your installment with a valid payment card.
  The card will not be charged while you are fulfilling your obligations regularly.
• In case of not receiving your installment payment on time, your card will be charged to cover your payment.

Source Code

• Once your payments have been made in full, all the code for your website that has been developed on an Open Source CMS platform belongs to you as the site owner.
• The code of all websites that are built using our proprietary custom content management system belongs to us. Should you no longer wish to use our service, then it is your responsibility to arrange for your website to be replicated or recreated on another system. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with the source code of our proprietary content management system.

Payment Gateways for E-Commerce Websites

• As a standard feature, we link your website with the payment gateway of your choice - Authorize.Net, 2CO, PayPal, Paymill, etc. These allow you to accept transactions using most major debit and credit cards.
• Should you require an alternative solution, please contact us to discuss your requirements. An additional charge will be made if you wish to use an alternative payment gateway.

Monthly and Annual Payments and Charges

• There are monthly or annual fees for access to some of our services. These charges begin on the day you sign up to these services and are usually paid in advance. If you no longer wish to use our service, you can cancel at any time, however any payments made for unused time will not be returned unless we are at fault.

With websites or applications requiring investment of anywhere from 5,000€ to 150,000€ and higher, it can be a challenge to acquire the necessary funds, even if you are embarking on a fantastic business venture. The cost of development normally has to be absorbed within the first few months of trading, putting severe pressure on the cash flow of your fledgling enterprise.

What We Ask of You

The criteria we use to come to a decision on whether to engage with you are three-fold:

1. De​tailed Project Plans

We require that, at the finance application stage, there is detailed documentation in place outlining the scope and specifics of the project. This should include functional requirements, design, technical specifications, site architecture, and website content.

We are also expecting you to present a detailed business promotion plan and budget.

If you are not ready with these documents, you can work with our project managers and programmers to create them.

Technical documentation preparation for a simple website will typically cost 200€-500€, with the required information gathered through detailed online communication, interviews, and document sharing with our teams.

Technical documentation preparation for a robust project typically cost from 500€ and can easily go up to a few thousand dollars. This depends on the project size and its complexity.

This service attracts an upfront fee and cannot be added to your loan.

2. Integrity, Transparency, and Reliability

Throughout the finance application process, we will assess your capacity to build and run your business. We will be looking for clear business vision and the integrity that comes with running a legitimate business.

3. Your Business Capacity

We have seen hundreds of businesses come and go. In our experience, it is the individual guiding the venture that dictates whether a good idea works or not. Our specialists will assess whether your communication is that of a serious business individual on the track to business success.

The Decision Process

After your discussion with your account manager is completed, we determine whether or not the project meets our criteria for financing.

Within two to five working days, you will receive an email with the decision and the payment details, based on all the information you have submitted and the discussion with your account manager.

Once your credit is approved and the down payment is made, our in-house programmers will take the information provided in the application and during the discussion and start working on your project.

We can always help customers connect with professionals in other areas — such as content writers, bloggers, designers, photographers, and others—to ensure a successful business venture.

Operational Details

The entire progress of your website will be online and available for your viewing at all times during the design and development process.

During the course of your financial commitment to us, we will retain control of your web deployment on our hosting.
You will have all the necessary administrative access to carry out your regular business activities.

However, the transfer of hosting provider and FTP access will not be enabled until the end of the financial arrangement.
We expect your understanding that we have to control our investment of financing your web development.

Following completion of the final payment, you will be free to move to other hosting providers or remain on our servers at the same favorable rates.

How We Protect Ourselves

While a site is being developed and paid for, it is placed on our own secure servers. Hosting costs will be discussed up front, and the site will be yours to move once the agreed-upon price is completely paid.

During this time period customers will have access to administrative tools to make critical decisions and permissions. Until the price of the site development is fully paid, however, FTP access and site migration will be restricted. Since we provide extremely detailed and customized site development, this restriction protects both our company and the customer until the design and payment are both completed.
